The person in charge of a trust is not an administer. 

Just have to bug the testing centers (once I find out where they actually are/who administers the test) to fill me into a cancelled persons slot

Hi Tiffany,That's a great scenario for you to pick up an investment property.Someone is administering the estate.  

This type of plan is similar to the IRA LLC in that you have direct control over the funds in an account of your choosing, and can administer transactions yourself.

But doing this also carries the burden of administering the multiple entities and observing the corporate formalities so as to prevent "piercing" of the liability shield.  

I've administered my own properties, SFD's, and over 1,200 MFD's and the more units managed the less personal attention you can give to each tenant or their situation.

Were the Funds administered to you for the work out of an Escrow account ?

Just got a response of an increase to 1350 for 4 bdrm cold flat in New Britain, administered I think by NBHA, for this year's renewal - that's on an apt where sec 8 pays the entire rent, so it has nothing to do with the tenant's income.

Lastly, keep in mind that, although the Section 8 program is a national program, it is usually administered at the county level and there are a lot of different counties throughout this country.
