I'd go the VR route.

But that benefit makes a lot of sense for VR's!

I personally do STR's instead of VR's.

I know of no investor who would accept management fees of 30% gross rents when 7%-10% is the norm in non-VR, SFR rentals.

I upgraded from the Schlage and I recommend the 5i to anyone that owns an STR/VR that manages it remotely.

Hi @Cristy George, I'm currently using Foremost Insurance to cover our VR with a $1M umbrella for very reasonable rates.

It's a catch-22 - VR owners aren't going to spend a few hundred bucks to list on an unproven site, but in order to prove itself, the site will need some serious capital to invest in development and ADVERTISING.  

Their duties will certainly shift. automation is going to make the buying process far easier and video, VR, 360 cameras and such will make the searching much easier.
