Of course I was hoping for a single switch wire.This is a bathroom remodel where when I first walked in was hoping to "simply" replace the surround and plumbing fixture and swap the light fixture, switch and outlet.

Just to note, you should know your numbers with reasonable certainty prior to purchase.On a conventional rate and term refinance, you are swapping the loan and not cashing out... so you don't have to wait for seasoning.
