Again the seller knows how much you are going to get paid and how much they are selling for. 

One of them accidentally paid for January rent because of auto pay and is now requesting it back.

Playing around with my Excel spreadsheet and got to thinking about selling my rental property in the next few months vs waiting until it's paid off in Jun 2027.
