Somehow they bury bad reviews on google with great reviews..

We pride ourselves in keeping the forums positive, helpful, and focused on real estate (please, no politics, religion, etc.).

I was the HML who put the CA clients into title for 1k per house.. then countrywide or wells would refi them in about 90 to 120 days generally they could cover their lending costs and be positive cash flow 50 to 150 a month..

Does anyone have any positive or negative experiences?

Rental Market Trends: Is this zip code trending positively for investors looking for cash flow, or should I expect stagnant rents and challenges with appreciation?

I may be able to replace Repuso for reviews so it may net out as equal dollars spent and solves for my number one complaint which is syncing pricing across all platforms (with added rules).  

With some changes to the management structure and leadership, I believe we can significantly increase the revenue potential while providing a positive impact.

Additionally, the price point is still cheap enough to find the 1% rule and positive cash flow and there's amazing appreciation potential! 

I'm looking to find unbiased reviews of their service.Thanks! 

If I were in your position I'd fill it with my own furniture and not overpay for a property.
