I unerstand your frustrations here because I have many of the same...Over the past three years I've picked up eight SFH in Brevard, mostly (four) in Port St.

Had to rent a U-haul and get cleaning supplies and got my hands dirty.

I'm thinking of moving over to Port Richmond (Philadelphia) and trying my luck there. 

I am planning to add a car port or a garage for a one car.
