Make sure the walk ways are nice and clear, no gross snow hanging out in piles at the street, etc.

Do nothing and the trash gets picked up, snow gets shoveled, pests get killed, and other bills you never expected to pay will be payable.

And yes, who does the lawn/snow? 

The previous management company of  a property I purchased did not cancel services with a snow removal company upon the sale of the property and subsequent change in management ( it is now owner managed).  

I have a local guy who also does my lawn care and snow removal that I pay a few bucks a month to sweep out vacated units and meet anyone who wants someone to show them a unit prior to renting (seldom needed).

Snow on the ground so we can’t see any ground disturbed. 

I needed the snow blower all but 4 times the whole winter and today we have 55F and sun.

Came back with incessant cough and irritated throats.

And nobody likes to move in the snow so if your area gets snow in Winter they probably won't want to move until Spring.
