Jeff personally has joined strategic calls with my accounting team as we were planning both for implementing tax strategies and for strategizing for future growth, which was about 3 months ago, bringing us to the stage we're at today as we prepare to take on this new project.

We already implement many of these items, and like you, I have strong feelings about a few of them.

I'm familiar with all the basic need-to-knows about these locations and their respective strategy implementation, but I'd appreciate any higher level feedback.  

I'm guessing that there is a lot of negative things about implementing these types of housings?

You can implement this strategy in any market if you make the right purchase.

@Alex Rodgers, over the past two to three years, my clients and I have been implementing the investment strategy of rent-by-the-room in Atlanta, GA.

I have worked through Avery Carl's system and am looking to implement some of the strategies from "Optimize My AirBnB" as well.

-This should give you a great idea of how to implement some logic to analyze your own transaction-level data. 

I would also look into implementing a PMS so that you can effectively manage all of your calendar’s & communication with guests.

Check the replacement date on the smoke detectors and the carbon monoxide detectors.Good Luck!
