For the income to switch to Sch C reporting, you also need to offer services similar to that which a hotel might offer such as daily housekeeping, food/drink, and potentially various other amenities depending on how you'd like to qualify.What you describe is simply changing property managers, it doesn't really matter whose name is on the AirBNB listing.

If they didn't have access to their kitchen and the hotel didn't have a kitchenette, they are impacted with higher costs to eat while they were displaced. 

But, neighborhoods and the hotel industry are pushing back against the STR trend.

THere're lot of hotel syndications that after pushing for any capital call, it is still going for bankruptcy.I would expect lot more of story into 2024 would be similar like this. 

I have State Farm only able to come out 6 weeks after we're going to have the damage remediated (Colorado now requires hotel rooms and per diem paid for tenants), and I want to make sure I'm on the right page on anticipated costs.

I am in Missouri right now staying in cheap hotels for work, I got out here a month or two ago and the plan has been to buy a property, preferably a duplex.I did pretty well selling solar last year and have saved up some cash to use as a downpayment for the first property.

As one of the other guys pointed out if it is a recreational park it operates a lot like a hotel and weather, time of year, ect need to be factored in but if it is long term park it is a lot like a MHP.
