I have State Farm only able to come out 6 weeks after we're going to have the damage remediated (Colorado now requires hotel rooms and per diem paid for tenants), and I want to make sure I'm on the right page on anticipated costs.

heheI love Detroit and always have.What an awesome city.Lot's friends and great times out.I think the ship has sailed in many areas there unfortunately but it's funny when I travel the country and talk about the Big D, folks still think it's derelict.Many have no clue and are even scared of Detroit.Downtown and Shinola Hotel along with San Morello are my go to places.What a great city 🙏

I am in Missouri right now staying in cheap hotels for work, I got out here a month or two ago and the plan has been to buy a property, preferably a duplex.I did pretty well selling solar last year and have saved up some cash to use as a downpayment for the first property.

As one of the other guys pointed out if it is a recreational park it operates a lot like a hotel and weather, time of year, ect need to be factored in but if it is long term park it is a lot like a MHP.
