He was very successful and wealthy before he started making videos and created a course.Does his course teach you to build a successful business or work hard at a W-2, earn a boatload of money, and then learn for free through a mentor like he did?

I’d appreciate any guidance or tips to get started on the right path.

I have been Quest client for 6 years and this transition is beyond anything I have ever seen and my career was putting new systems in for companies.I am trying to get a deal closed and can’t get a response.

Meaning educating and providing resources is complimentary to his own investing. 

So again, can I put my name as the assignor and his name the assignee both as buyers or just my name?

If you go with the partnership route1) You need to manage the money going in and out of the business bank account.2) File a partnership return and be responsible for issuing K-1's3) make distributions to you and your partner for cash flow that you receiveYou will likely spend many hours on a nice gesture.I may want to consider instead to give a christmas gift or a bonus for early completion of projects.
