If we are talking about Agents who aren't dumb and specialize in investments, it's got to be a fraction of a %.I've attended many open houses in my local area and interacted with a lot of agents, in California and OOS.

In the end the questions were geared towards encouraging me to:  1. eliminate my separate cleaning fee and include it in the nightly price, or 2. lower my cleaning fee to get more bookings. 

I would strongly encourage getting one with good internet, as a bunch of the tech crowd from Atlanta will rent it out in order to work remote.

While it's a great spot with a ton of tourism unfortunately, it seems the hotels view STR's as competition and have helped to encourage the strict regulations.

Everyone just sees this as a way to wealth, when it was never intended for that.Its dangerous to encourage people to "move their investments" into bitcoin as the title says. 

They do not know the entire story, so the rates and terms offered are just simply teaser rates to make you interact with them.
