RichRich Weese There is a language disconnect here for me.

Depending on how bad is the foundation state (how many inches you have to correct), is very possible the sewer line will disconnect/break in the horizontal portions.

Also, what happens if the internet gets disconnected and they get frustrated and want to try and reset it or something? 

I just want calls from serious buyers so I suppose that's the disconnect.

One of my colleagues has a rental and their electric co. notifies them if/when service is disconnected.

I've used paid services and still, I got a phone number, but it was disconnected!!

pull the meter to prevent getting electrocuted, label and disconnect the wires, remove old panel, install new panel, reinstall the wires, reattach meter, turn on the main breaker and hold your breath..

There's probably a disconnect somewhere - at least I hope.
