@Shawn NofzigerHi Shawn,I came across your post and while I am a long way from Lansing, I work with a ton of new and aspiring investors and the challenges they have getting from idea to action. 

It's in the main area of the home, and the intention is to keep it as a long-term rental, so I agree that addressing the issue might be the best course of action. 

Cabins are sitting on the market for a long time with little action.

Then it is going to be a tsunami of sellers and a bunch of idiots on the news crying that they got ripped off by much smarter people who at some point will decide they've made enough money off the commoners that it is time to dump it.

Additionally, are you recommending that we should prioritize taking action and securing properties that align with our long-term investment strategy?
