I paid $1725 last year for both properties to have unlimited snow removal and salting, with a 2 inch snowfall as the trigger.

I do not know anyone that thinks Dricore is worth the money in our area.To me it seems like it would cause a huge increase in the wicking of water into the sheetrock if there was a leak.Where would the moisture go if you seal off the 1/4 inch gap around the edge with vinyl?

There aren't many areas of Tacoma that aren't a 10 minute drive from Hilltop.But, from a longer term REI standpoint, it doesn't seem to me that Tacoma is poised to explode - it's an older city and was built out to within an inch of its life long ago.
