Just the kind of information that I wanted to know about the Agents and Brokers fighting each other for the right to sandbag my Listing, while my property sits there with no Flyers and the Agent I signed on with, gets other helper Agents to do the Open House once a month with the lock box on the front door to let in the other Agents and none of them know a damned thing about the property they are showing.

It was just him and occasionally a helper.

Well the original roofer sent out a helper who just kept plugging the hole (I think he came out 3 times) and it kept on leaking because it was a low pitch roof that needed a membrane and not shingles.

Aloha,Usually it depends on the relationship between prospective tenant and their helper.

With paying a helper 1000$ it took us one week and about 6k.

In a long day he could replace about a dozen or so windows with just him and teenage helper as long as he didn't run into any serious issues when he tore out the window.
