I don't want to minimize the importance of the photos or videos, as they are extremely important alongside a well written property listing, but the technology you should have available (phone, camera, etc.) should be more than sufficient.

What new technologies do you use for selling and renting something out?

IMO, the leaders of our industry have leveraged technology pretty well to improve customer service.  

Anyone have any ideas they are willing to share as far as automating your real estate business using technology?

Technology is better now and they seem to use legal a little less.

I may have too much on plate right now, just trying to read the instructions for my 8 inch Alpine navigation/mobile media center thing a ma jig, going in my truck, so I'm boggled at the technology while trying to figure this new change out and keep track of plug-ins at my site, well, I was born before 1969 and wasn't hardwired for all this stuff!

Technology makes it extremely easy these days.

My goal is to use as much new technology to streamline the process and keep information flowing as quickly as possible so owners know whats happening.

Josh,This is a feature that many have been longing for, so thanks for getting it out there.So, when creating a new thread or a reply to an existing thread, I presume there will be some extra gadget to exercise this feature.

But I'd *love* to hear thoughts on remote door unlocking technology, like via apps and such.
