Don't believe the $300 toilet scam.

If you're looking at some company calling themselves a school and they are not accredited and they offer some certification to the public, they are probably a scam.

I met and educated the seller and they backed out once they realized they were being scammed.

I started out as an electrician apprentice so I never had the capital, I tried to do my own multi-family FHA and got scammed out of all the little money I had for closing.

There are also some common scams going on now where if a guest does not like a place they put a dirty face mask behind a bed and send a photo to airbnb.

Facebook is notorious for these types of scams.

I hate to sound cynical, but now I am wondering what kind of scam this may be?  

I want to start this off by saying that in all honesty, I'm usually not a very skeptical person and I am one to get ahead of myself and be misled into a bad idea or a scam that sounds too good to be true.

In the past, Craigslist was the way to go but with so many scams I think people are shying away from it.
