To sell quickly in Maricopa, it is best to either have a property that is a shining jewel that really stands out with modern finishes and can compete with the new builds, or a dirt cheap dog to sell to flippers.....Otherwise you will be swimming in a sea of mediocre homes.

But overall great transformation - looks so clean and modern.

For example, when there is a dearth of modernized strip centers in a neighborhood, if you come in and clean one up, I think some new businesses want that. eg. five guys will pay premium rent if you build them a well thought out parking lot and arrangement of stores.My opinion.  

That is unless the house is really new and has modern decor.
