Everyone has to pay Uncle Sam at the end of the day, and its a much larger piece of the pie if the government can hold their horses and wait for that payday to come.Abolishing the 1031 Exchange "loophole" - as some call it - will make it rain cash to the government today, but it'll hurt the country in the long run.

Unfortunately the data I've collected over the years says otherwise.Not to beat a dead horse, but this is a numbers game.
