You're just as good putting it under your mattress.Now with that said, if I somehow did not want to grow my wealth fastest and have most of my money working for me at all times, I would pay off the property with the highest rate / lowest balance first and cycle through them in that manner until they are all paid off and my mattress is fat with dead cash called equity.

There's risk in everything regarding rentals.Goal is to EFFICIENTLY minimize the risk.Instead of exchanging key via lockbox, you could use a keypad system tied into verifying the geo-location of the cell phone used to register/approve, that they are at the property when they are given the access code.
