I know,, I ran several properties with a outdoor pool,one indoor, thankfully no injuries on my watch,, but we had a child drown at a property owned by same company.. they sued... anyone in that situation would.

It took me 5 years after school, a wife and child to decide it was time to buy a house.I grew up in the "ghetto" although I don't refer to it that way, so it'll be pretty hard to scare me out of a potential good deal based on neighborhoods.

If you know that going into the deal, and anything goes wrong and somebody's child gets injured, you're going to be named in a lawsuit and/or be on the evening news.In my opinion, it's not at all worth it for 400 bucks a month.
