@Julia Amelyan I believe the only people that can take someone's tax refund are gov't agencies and child support.

I know,, I ran several properties with a outdoor pool,one indoor, thankfully no injuries on my watch,, but we had a child drown at a property owned by same company.. they sued... anyone in that situation would.

If you know that going into the deal, and anything goes wrong and somebody's child gets injured, you're going to be named in a lawsuit and/or be on the evening news.In my opinion, it's not at all worth it for 400 bucks a month.
