I have a question about how to calculate the value of an adult foster care facility and would love to bounce some questions off someone.

I would guess there are as many people who bounce from one seminar to the next without ever getting started as there are people who jump in without having the proper knowledge.

For us it made the most sense since we can bounce back and forth for the next 20 plus years.

Start networking there and you will find someone who knows the areas and is willing to assist you.You could bounce ideas and thoughts off someone remote (that's essentially what you are doing now), but it would be better to find someone who knows the local market in which you plan to invest.
