But a handful where LLC's did absolutely diddly-squat, yup, a few of those over the years I know of. 1 who had amassed many MFH's with many LLC's, forgot to pay fed income tax for ~30yrs, Uncle Sammy ripped em apart and left him with 1 in less than 24 months.

Since the pandemic, more folks have been allowed to work remotely so I know, at least in my market (here in Chattanooga, TN) we've seen a massive influx of remote workers coming in for a month to 3 or even 6 and then moving on.
