In the process of obtaining my real estate license currently and searching for any investors who know the Springfield / Western MA market and whether or not wholesaling is possible around here.

I would take the 50k & purchase a 200k C-Class 6 unit apartment building OR Two 100k B-Class single family homes in a mid western market.

. 😊 I would also like to build something on the western suburb side. 

Is there a city in western world where such law already exists?

Due to family obligations, I'm moving to Western New York early next year.

I am currently under contract to purchase my first multi-family buy & hold property in Western Massachusetts.
