Where has honesty and integrity gone?  

We self-manage 8 properties and up to this point, don't integrate a ton outside of using the Airbnb/Vrbo tools and the Schlage app for door locks.A master at the tech stack is @Will Parks and has some cool integration. 

We use microsoft finance along with a custom program that all integrates within the entire microsoft suite - tie into that once co-pilot comes out and that will be a game changer for our asset management and sales team. 

Creative financing is an integral component of this problem-solving approach.

I haven't used it yet, but seems interesting.Do they force full integration with Vrbo and Airbnb (I.e updates to amenities/pics/rooms etc) to get the calendar syncing and messaging?

Looking for a recommendation for property management software that would be good for a remote owner, student rentals, with good integration for payment and repair requests. 

Keep in mind they are local and vertically integrated so the BRRR works for them in the refi realm quite well. 

If everyone is nice and friendly and honest and has integrity, MAYBE, but I see these things fall apart quickly if there is no paperwork. 

I’ve found renters from each of the channels (which is why I use all of them), in my experience, Craigslist has decent volume but the folks are most likely to flake & not show up for viewings, Zillow has pretty solid flow & gives some good stats on views vs comps which is helpful if your testing pricing & in my area Facebook had the best volume (also a lot of property managers don’t seem to be using it yet) - I received over 50 contacts for my last rental & the integration with FB messenger made it pretty easy to address questions & schedule appointments.
