All this turkey does is charge you for some "training," so you will be "prepared" when you go out looking for lots for him, but curiously, he buys none or very few of the lots he's sent.  

What are your goals and the strategies that you was to use?

if you need $200K for a project, no one is going to loan you $200K - you need a down payment, holding costs, and you need to know what you're doing or you'll just turn that $200K into $150K.good luck

If you need to, it may be worth it to just create a website - its really not that expensive to get a basic one from fiverr
