side, For STR, I would personally look around the university (MTSU) area (graduations, games, weddings, etc), or the Medical Center Pkwy area (transportation to Nashville, corporate Nissan/Amazon, medical personnel. 

I only tell you this to entice you to get back out there and do it again.If you ever want to meet up I do a real estate meeting first Wed of each month at 128 Center St ( at the Hub Cap ).Also do an invested radio show every Sat morning at 10AM on WELI 960AM.Would love to have you tell your story to others on the radio or at the meetng because it is really awesome what you did.Again, great job!

It was Mon and Wed nights, 6-9.  

The common theme among the ones that we were able to get in touch with was, "I was just trying to figure out who you were and what your business model was..."

Bill I'm a guy who would much rather get n a boxing or MMA ring and fight then climb on a roller coaster however I vividly remember being with my two sons at a theme park and my youngest son urging me to take him on a ride.

These are often of the "me two" type or off topic chit chat only of interest to a couple of people following the thread.

Having been on BP for 4 years now and having had lunch and phone conversations with literally hundreds of wannabe wholesalers, the common theme is that they allow motivation and excitement to blur the reality of how difficult it is to make money as a middleman in an established industry such as real estate.The big disconnect generally is that these guys think the exact same thing you do, that great deals are plentiful and easy to acquire.
