I like Pellego a lot, and appreciate the time & energy someone over there put into making this as useful as it is.While their UI and feature integrations are top-notch, they join RedFin, Zillow, and other market statistics tools in mostly offering averaged-data for their charts:Averaged data is good for showing general market trends, but can't be used for much else.

They do sell photos/descriptions after your 90 days time with them.I have used Guesty for hosts, since I currently only manage one property(I have mixed opinions on this, few things to note are that VRBO integration can be an absolute pain, scheduled messages can be a hit-and-miss (you will have to disconnect and reconnect at times), you could potentially choose hospitable/hostaway/guesty for pros if you need more robust PMS.One thing to note is you will have to learn a little bit of dynamic pricing( pick and choose your favourite and try them out before settling) pricelabs/wheelhouse/guesty price optimizerOnce you start managing yourself, you will thank yourself later for the money that you will end up saving.

We self-manage 8 properties and up to this point, don't integrate a ton outside of using the Airbnb/Vrbo tools and the Schlage app for door locks.A master at the tech stack is @Will Parks and has some cool integration. 

We use microsoft finance along with a custom program that all integrates within the entire microsoft suite - tie into that once co-pilot comes out and that will be a game changer for our asset management and sales team.
