@Victor Boctor I think your question is very location specific, as the governing body issuing the license dictates whether it transfers or not.You will need to check with whoever issued your license, in your local area.  

Long end of it do not let the tenant bully or dictate what is going to happen.  

And real estate licesnse were not dictated by NAR again they were established by the states and state law NAR came afterword.. just most private business associations see a need and create these associations..
