Like you mentioned it’s the ying and yang of real estate investing, all about the balance and you are so right he keeps me balanced on most issues, but once he sees even the first successful deal I know he will come around because I agree that right now all he sees is risk of loosing everything, our home, cars, money, just everything but once I can show him this can work or it can be successful even if it takes awhile to reach a decent financial status, I just know it can work.

Will that impact my personal financial profile - credit score etc.Same question on the demo bill - If i just let the city put a lien on the property and it eventually forecloses is there any financial impact to me personally. 

Who doesn't love a good demo, right?

When there are power tools running and demo crews loading crap into dumpsters, that makes most people feel on edge.

Since owner still owns house, demo can start next day.

Maybe at most I might lay down some clickboard in the living room and dining room, as well as paint them, but I'm not doing any demo because I'd been advised to be careful where I'm knocking!

I don't remember what guest and I'm not a podcast junkie, but there was someone demoing down to the basement and then re building up. 

We usually need two weeks for demo and installation of electrical and plumbing, then a week for inspection, a couple days for insulation, then inspection again and then about a week and a half for rocking, tape, 3 coats of mud, sanding and texture.
