find 10 people to knock doors from the 2 you start with.....scalable easily, yesclose 3 deals yourselffind a student, teach themonce taught find another studentclose, 3, then 6, then 9 deals at a timetake 50% from each closer, being personally trained students scalable yes, ensuring future deals increase yesextra earnings yesif we are comparing apples to oranges, sure but as a system to Increase income and increase deals easier, increase students of the business.....every revenue stream is just as viable as anothercosts wise, I would say DM is cheaper, can't argue that, but as far as your troll comment, if you dont like what I have to say, it's fine, but don't accuse me of doing something, that I would never do just for the sake of pissing people off who want a viable, answer, that just so happen I have a honest fair answer, plus yrs of experience running door to door crews of up to 50 people...they asked, so I gave them an honest viable and scalable answer.....I hope that helps with what you were looking to achieve.much success

That, along with continued increase of high paying jobs moving down to San Diego from the Apples and Googles of the world as well as the Bio-Tech sector will keep a strong tenant base of those who can and will pay in the range of $2,500-$4,000 rent on a monthly bases.I have both section 8 tenants and non section 8 tenants and places in both working class areas of town as well as areas that are "B" or above and both Single Family as well as Multifamily.May be something similar to what I have would suit you if you are looking to gave 10+ units unless you are thinking of having just one commercial multifamily property with 10+ units.Feel free to reach out to me if you want to chat further.
