Or where you can find replacements that are much cheaper and need significant improvements.In a reverse exchange the QI takes title to the new property in a special entity (usually an LLC) called the exchange accommodating title holder.

Most title companies here can accommodate closing that fast, especially if you have an existing relationship with the firm.Hopefully, that helps a little.

Of course, you are allowed to establish a strict set of housekeeping rules that all tenants must abide by, yet you have to also consider that "reasonable accommodations" might have to be made.

Licenses of some sort is a plus because an independent third party can verify whether there are any complaints for anything so a real estate license, a CPA license, Attorney license, or the Federation of Exchange Accommodators designation and many more.
