Ask the applicant what happened to cause the BK, but for goodness sake let's remember we are in a service industry, so lets do that job with excellence and integrity toward all people we serve.

My only addition would be:While the documentation is important, what’s on a piece of paper is less important than the character integrity and commitment of the individuals involved.

We would like to have the CRM software setup to integrate with incoming leads from the websites and handle direct mail campaigns, response rate tracking, lead tracking, pictures, marketing ROI, etc.All of these things appear to be available in a combination of realwebsites and realprospect.

I like the light gray paint for the majority and white subway tiles and white cabinets approach.. looking at a designer's photo now that integrates both (with stainless steel appliances though.. my existing apps are black).

I have heard that it isn't great when you are trying to integrate with some other platforms for your workflow or with large amounts of rentals, but I can't speak on that either.Hope that helps!

Please do keep mind there are plenty of other reputable companies out there operating with integrity, and offering quality rental products to investors to help them become successful with their investing goals. 

It is almost impossible to see a company with 100% customer satisfaction, but you can definitely find a company that lead with honesty and integrity.
