I cannot choose one specific piece of advice, but I can think of one general theme that has really helped me....LEARN.

Little things like as seen on TV builds instant credibility, the colors Red and/or Yellow are used by several of the top mega businesses who promote the Theme “SAVE”.

In treatment now, the meds kept me up, so here I am at 3:30 am!

I would stick with 2 night minstays for Mon/Tue/Wed during the periods of low demand. 

Since you are building several maybe you could market it as a group retreat / family reunion kind of thing... or go for the whole Christmas theme...
