I found out due to a noise complaint from another tenant.

No real view to speak of, though I'm assuming top floor has the benefit of no noise from above.

Also have been hearing some noise about major growth potential in Harrison NJ over coming years. 

But I own a two family up down which I Dnt prefer for noise issues and such area is city and lowwe to middle class found alot of interest just non very qualified got desperate and put someone upstairs.

As an engineer I suggest putting your head to the grind stone for 3-6 years and make money so you rise above the noise of wholeselling and flipping so you can be almost accredited investor.

I know someone who was looking at the condo at the pier & was told to “come by during July 4th” to see, since noise, long hour waits for elevator, etc. can be a problem in large places.

Between the $10k and noise of someone working on the units, they’ll find a place pretty quick.

It's an older building with poor noise insulation.

The problem is... we're in mASSachusetts.I served the problem tenant with a 30-day notice to quit for:- failing to pay a portion of her rent- having a large, loud dog in the unit illegally- noise and disturbance to other tenants- excessive wear and tear (explained below)Prior to this notice multiple issues transpired throughout the year:- She kept complaining about things breaking in her unit like clockwork every 2 weeks or so (at first I thought it was due to deferred repairs by previous landlord)- After I increased the rent (and her portion went up slightly), she called about an "emergency" (broken toilet), I immediately asked for a photo to figure out whom to send, the problem was that "someone" in her unit ripped off the lid.
