For 16+ years he never raised the rent & we had the run of the entire building, all its facilities, ancillary office equipment, including cleaning staff etc.

However the cleaner has to cover their transportation time and costs, pay their SS tax, pay income tax, pay for or do their bookkeeping, pay for cleaning supplies and equipment.

I prefer to grind stumps but it depends entirely on how large the tree is and what equipment you have at your disposal.

There are some dumpsters the can be equipped with with lids and locks, but the best solution we've found is to only have the dumpster on site for a really short period, in many cases 24 hours.

We have an assortment of heavy equipment, trucks, trailers, skid steers, forestry clearing equipment, so on.

They’re likely far better equipped than we are to field this question.
