@Paul Sandhu I have worked in electronics for years and always have a bottle of electric contact cleaner for situations like this.

You may have to replace the carpet, we've gone so far as removing carpet and painting floor to ceiling with Kilz primer and still brought in a professional with Ozone Cleaners to get the smell out.

A cleaner way to handle this kind of situation would be for the tenant to pay the rent in full when due (December 1 or at least according to the timeline on the Pay Rent or Quit notice) and for you to provide compensation back to them for the inconvenience and loss of use of the property for the 24 hours.

So dont ask a dry cleaner how to fix a ipad....go direct to the source. 

The finishes are awesome, the kitchen looks fantastic for the square footage, very cook and family friendly....I just love the new kitchens look with only shelves on top and cabinets only on the bottom, it's just such a cleaner, very cool look, definitely the way I'll be going in my new kitchen.

There was one small room (bathroom) I had to wipe down the walls and ceiling with a chemical cleaner before the repaint because it was sticky brown with tar.

Plus you need to use the right cleaners. 

Thank me later...It's the active ingredient to just about all the disinfectants and (good) cleaners on the market including Lysol.

They are 5 bucks each, certainly not worth 5% of my gross, each year which would be thousands of dollars for towels.Everything else can be handled by your cleaners, no problem.
