As a "wholesaler" who just sent out my first batch of letters, its interesting to see response rates and different tactics!

If you don't have a skill that you think a real estate investor would need, try this tactic - go to Udemy and take a specialized course on website design, etc.

Like I said several pages ago, that tactic is so overplayed it no longer works.

As I read your question, I was struck by the thought that so much of the content about "wholesaling" out there is really tactical...and not enough big picture.

I have seen this before although it is not as common.It's a tactic to try to pay less commission.

Keep all your price reduction negotiating tactics on the down-low until your in escrow and the inspection period is running out.
