I would argue to them that a tax lien is the government taking the property and auctioning it off like a foreclosure and therefore past HOA dues are wiped out.

You cannot argue just because you paid more and put more into it, that is irrelevant.

I intuitively know that they’re speaking from the macro level, however one could argue that there are several areas that aren’t experiencing “high inflation“. 

The tenant was arguing otherwise.

It's not our model, and there's too much work out there to spend time arguing with someone about our markup on sheets of plywood.

Some of this guys problems are self inflicted but no one could argue that he would have been in a better situation with these same tenants a couple years ago and they would have been long gone.  

Both can be great but I would argue that Self storage beats MHP's!
