Yes every unexpected expense ate into my profit but this was meant to be a learning experience not necessarily a get rich quick ticket.

Big ticket items 1st.

common thing...But if you took that off and are simply asking for an inspection of big tickets, and a FULL walkthrough, then they are hiding something. 

An 6-10 unit, one building project may not require all that a 9 building 220-unit apartment complex would, but I have tried to list the big ticket items and it would be a good idea to familiarize yourself with some of these items then determine from local sources if they are required.

While I am not disclosing the candidate I am voting for here, the fact is that I am not happy with either ticket and have my doubts regardless of who wins the election.

My questions are, does the lack of big ticket items (siding, painting, roof) make the case for paying a higher premium up front?

Hi Everyone,So I just received a bill in the mail for a $115.00 snow removal from the city of West Allis and a $313.00 ticket.  

But I do know that real estate is my ticket out of the rat race, sort of speak.

To save some money for the roof overages, the biggest ticket items I have that could be cut to save money are things that buyers/renters really would care about.
