We provide a large trash can with hefty garbage bags and offer to dispose of their trash for them if they clean out the unit in a timely manner.  

But this is the type of nonstop upselling garbage that I find difficult to engage with. 

I have a spreadsheet that I made with different utilities and expenses that include taxes, insurance, water, sewer, garbage, electric, gas, internet, lawn/snow, HOA Fees, vacancy, repairs, CapEx, prop. management, mortgage.

New flooring with warranty and robust sound barrier underlayment, beautiful new granite countertops, updated stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove and new dishwasher), in unit laundry, outdoor maintenance, snow removal, and garbage included.

So I notice a lot of multifamily landlords I talk to seem to be paying for water/sewer/garbage.

I supply garbage bags, paper towels, etc, for the kitchen.

Said he and the neighbor fought over garbage cans and it turned into a gun fight. 

He had a slumlord-- agree that the prior person was garbage, because they likely were.    

On inspection, the main floor living area looked normal and fairly neat, but when I opened the door to the basement and turned the lights on, all I could see was about 5 foot deep garbage filling the entire basement.

Garbage collection is supposed to be included in our property taxes, yet they increased property taxes and then added a garbage fee on top of that.
