For the longest time one of the tenants was a drug dealer who would pick fights with neighbors it was not fun to walk past his unit.

There are many good areas to invest in, but unfortunately there are some areas of high concentrations of drug addicts, just like anywhere else.

Is there a strong way to screen for drug or alcohol abuse prior to signing a new tenant?
