If you treat your home as your baby, and you walk into that house and it has a hole in the wall, the carpet dirty, doors busted, screens off the window, and filthy, among many other things, and can't live with that, or are shocked by it, then this business is not for you.

Very rare for retailers to want to expand in those markets when more fruitful areas are abundant.Except for isolated pockets in cold belt states the more robust growth is in warm belt states boosted by the migration patterns from baby boomers.Vitamin shop is not an experiential tenant.

However, as the economy is gaining steam, Florida is now the 4th largest populated state with many baby boomers retiring here, builders are starting to build again so lots will become in demand again.

It was in terrible shape but the price reflected that and we enjoyed spending the 4 months completely remodeling it.Fast forward to today, we are moving to a new home because of a baby on the way but felt it would be a much better investment to rent it out as with the current market, we’ll make some nice profit.

I know that most of baby boomers are going down south like, Arizona, Georgia, South and North Carolina, Texas, Florida, Oklahoma,etc and those becoming a renters markets.

If you hire a good manager, they will place good tenants that don't require constant baby-sitting.Some managers will call you about everything but I won't.
