Hi, I know that refi questions came out in the forums in different ways but I couldn't find specific info for what we are looking for.We are buying properties in Phildelphia , implementing the BRRRR strategy, we have a single family town house that we are just finishing the rehab on and getting ready to refi. 3 main points : we are a LLC, we purchased 3 months ago (so under any seasoning period) and also we don't have a tenant yet, we have couple of options to refi but we are looking for something less expensive (interest and closing costs). Can any of the professional BRRR investors here or a lender can help suggesting  a better option to accommodate such a refi ?
