Here's an idea-- I heard an interesting comment on TV yesterday...what if everyone's mortgage rate was automatically reduced to 4.75%and reduce everyone's mortgage balance by 10-15% of their purchase price.

Had seen these mitsibushi units on tv and while I was in the ukraine a few years ago and thought they might work.They seemed kind of pricey to me though.....

Use the correct material, don't try to reinvent building science based off a tv personality.
