Jon Holdman gave some advice, and I was just asking to see what other TTP’s (Tactics, Techniques and Procedures) they are using, or have used that was successful for them.

While I can learn new tactical items forever, rarely do I have a structure, fundamental, or framework for investing change on it's head.

:)gotta make sure wifey is down with this business plan. don't risk money you can't afford to lose. start by doing some of those "ninja" tactics, and save expendable cash for mailers. as much as people make it seem like wholesaling is a quick way to earn quick cash, it isn't. it takes hard work.

Is bothering them until they tell you to stop a good tactic?

It would cost you much less and you don't have to worry about their rules and marketing tactics.

Seems like we have another one doing the same tactics.

So with that being said that tactic for the Mastery program made me think twice on signing up for it.

Anyone here had success or positive feedback from this tactic?

Does that sound like an effective tactic?

Direct mail is a good tactic for finding sellers.
