And, what they will NOT finance is furniture and accessories...which is what the Seller is trying to get around by offering financing on the complete package.

You CAN buy the seller's furniture, car, wife, etc.

They keep their unit neat as a pin, nice furniture, etc.

There are companies that will deliver rental furniture and you could do short term furnished rentals.

We are thinking of finding some nice furniture on Craigslist and having a photographer friend take professional photos, then listing on all the VRBO websites at around $250 per night.  

On top of that, adding furniture to those rooms and doing MTR rooms will increase that even more but does require more work.

@Rafael Floresta when you stage are you allowed to keep the furniture (on a rental basis) for your airbnb or is it strictly for the pictures? 

This included all furniture, kitchen stuff, linens etc. 

Those items like kayak, paddle board, BBQ grill, lawn furniture, floor mounted pull up exercise bar, stationary bike...stuff like that which the tenants are free to take advantage of but it is not part of what the rent includes.I think hotels do that when they say they have "complimentary newspaper service, complimentary WIFI". 

Once you make the additional investment in furniture, you can earn at least 25% more on a rental.
