The Scottsdale Waterfront is lined with restaurants, shopping and close to all kinds of art shops and culture of old town.Another area of Scottsdale to consider would be North. 

.- I agree with @Max Guerrero consider some stand out pieces and spend a bit more if possible; larger art work that is modern and sticks out, unique looking standing lamps, etc.- Guest Experience: The last thing is really going to be the guest experience; ensure you are doing a thorough job around screening, references, background checks, etc.

@John Underwood do you have any recommendations for buying art online or do you source that local?

Pittsfield area was just recognized as best small city in the country for the arts.  

What would you recommend to educate in the art of flipping houses and also how do I connect and network with agents, wholesalers, lawyers, lenders, contractors and etc.

I taught martial arts after school so I could make and save money as a kid.  

Also while being under contract other buyers are not typically looking at the property so you can have more leverage with the seller as other parties have lost interest and moved on.Negotiating is an art form and experience pays.I get the flakes on the commercial side and do not work with them.One example are Dollar Generals as an example.
