I think a better bang for the buck (in a personal (upscale) home) with these lights is as wall washers in the living area and to point at individual art pieces, but that's not the trend, which seems to be--put them in the kitchen ceiling.They don't do that in food service.

Looks like people use king size beds, so a two bedroom STR with each having a king size bed, 2 king frames, 2 king matresses, night stands, clock/radio/phone chargers, 4 sets sheets, blankets, comforters, pillows, 8 set towels, wall hangings, rugs, TVs, sleeper sofa, chairs, kitchen table & chairs, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer, etc.

The tenants swear it's on one side near the washer/dryer - both have been unplugged and they've still heard it.

But the 25yr old unit was down a LB or so & the old 'freon' charge/LB is expensive.We had to thaw out the frozen A-frame & he was here about a hour.$150.His cost for a completely new system installed is $1750, so we will wait 'til next year.
