Most companies want internet and TV so I add that on top and arrange it for them.

We have seen news stories on TV where realtors doing showings were either robbed, attacked, and even kidnapped and murdered.

I have flipped 4 houses relatively easy this year, however I see just about everyone on the TV shows stage their properties.  

-multiple living spaces are a bonus- such as an upstairs media room and a lower level living room so your residents can spread out and have their own tv time.LAST- If you find a 6 bedroom house with 3000+ sqft, no HOA, on a corner lot, in a good area, with 2 living rooms and 3-4 full bathrooms near studio and 1 bedroom apartments--- it's probably a terrible deal and you should send it to me :)

Thanks to the many ads we've all seen on TV, and what lies behind them, Real Estate Investing education has rather a bad reputation.

Or does furnished also mean all kitchen utensils, towels, TV?

I think some members need a refresher on what BP is all about.Secondly I think some of these people should simply watch more TV.
